Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at system-ridgebase.click and any reporting engagement with Ridgebase Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Ridgebase," "we," "us"). By submitting an estimate request or entering a written service agreement, you accept these Terms.

2. Services described

Ridgebase prepares construction progress charts, cost ledgers, milestone variance reports, and related briefing sessions based on documents you supply. We do not perform construction supervision, quantity surveying certification, legal advisory, or software installation on your premises unless explicitly stated in a signed scope letter.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate site logs, schedules, and payment records on the agreed schedule. Delayed or incomplete documents may shift delivery dates. You are responsible for verifying chart accuracy against your site knowledge before submission to owners, lenders, or authorities.

4. Intellectual property

Delivered chart files and spreadsheets become yours upon full payment for the relevant billing period. Our underlying templates, methodologies, and website content remain Ridgebase property. You may not resell our templates or present Ridgebase materials as your own proprietary product.

5. Confidentiality

We treat contract values, subcontractor rates, and site documents as confidential within our assigned analyst team. We may reference anonymised project types in marketing only with your written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

Charts are informational summaries derived from documents you provide. Our liability for any claim arising from a reporting engagement is limited to the fees paid for the billing month in which the error occurred. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost draws, schedule penalties, or decisions made by third parties based on our deliverables.

7. Indemnity

You indemnify Ridgebase against claims arising from inaccurate source documents you supplied or from your use of deliverables beyond the agreed scope.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
