Construction reporting depends on trade count, document quality, and meeting cadence. The figures below are starting points; we confirm a fixed monthly or per-project fee after reviewing two weeks of your site logs.

Factors that increase the estimate
- More than 15 subcontractor trades tracked separately
- Dual-currency contracts requiring won and USD columns
- Same-day turnaround requests (25% rush surcharge)
- On-site document collection beyond two visits per month
- Projects outside Gyeonggi-do (travel billed at ₩120,000 per visit plus mileage)
We do not charge per user seat or per login. One monthly fee covers all chart recipients on your team.
Deposits and billing
Monthly retainers invoice on the first business day of each month, NET 14. New engagements require a one-month deposit before the first chart cycle begins. One-time milestone charts bill 50% on order confirmation and 50% on delivery.
