Field briefings
We bring the charts to your site shed or owner meeting room
Some directors prefer a printed packet and a person pointing at the variance notes—not another email attachment. Field briefings are ninety-minute sessions led by your assigned Ridgebase analyst.
What happens during a briefing
Arrival and setup (10 min)
Analyst distributes printed chart sets sized for A3 markup. For on-site briefings, we meet in the site office or owner trailer—wherever the weekly coordination meeting already happens.
Progress walkthrough (35 min)
S-curve and trade breakdown explained in sequence: last week's physical work, cumulative position vs baseline, and critical path impacts. Questions captured on a log sheet.
Cost status (25 min)
If payment tracking is active, review invoiced vs committed totals, retention held, and sixty-day forecast. Flag discrepancies for the site admin to resolve before the next draw.
Action items (20 min)
Document gaps in site logs, schedule revisions pending approval, and data needed before the next Friday delivery. Follow-up email sent within one business day.
