Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to reporting engagements (monthly ledgers, milestone charts, payment tracking) and owner briefing sessions purchased from Ridgebase Analytics Co., Ltd.. We do not sell physical products or software subscriptions.

Monthly retainer cancellations

• Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
• The initial one-month deposit is applied to your final billing period when notice is given correctly.
• No refund of the current month after chart delivery for that cycle has occurred.

One-time milestone chart orders

• 50% deposit is non-refundable once we begin baseline schedule import.
• Full refund of deposits if we have not started work within 5 business days of payment.
• Balance payment due on delivery; partial refund considered if deliverables materially fail the agreed scope and cannot be corrected within 5 business days.

Owner briefing sessions

• Free rescheduling with 48 hours notice.
• Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of the session fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Work already started

If you cancel after we have produced charts for the current cycle, you owe fees for work completed through the cancellation date. Source files for paid periods remain yours.

Document preparation and materials

We do not purchase materials on your behalf. Any third-party printing or courier costs invoiced at cost are non-refundable once ordered.

Quality disputes

Report factual errors caused by our misreading of documents you supplied correctly: we will revise at no charge within 5 business days. Disputes about subjective progress percentages require joint review with your site admin before refund consideration.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfer refunds require your account details in writing.

How to request

Email info@system-ridgebase.click with your project name, invoice number, and reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 10 business days.

Exceptions

Force majeure events (natural disaster, government shutdown of construction) may pause billing by mutual agreement without penalty; prepaid unused periods may be credited toward resumed work within 6 months.
