- Reporting engagements: site logs, schedules, invoices, and project correspondence you send us

3. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to respond to estimate requests, perform reporting contracts, invoice for services, and improve website content. Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interest in operating our business, and consent where required (analytics cookies).
4. Retention
- Estimate inquiries: 24 months after last contact unless an engagement begins
- Active project documents: duration of engagement plus 36 months
- Financial records: 5 years per Korean commercial accounting requirements
- Cookie consent preference: 12 months
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with email hosting providers, cloud storage vendors, and accountants under confidentiality obligations. Project documents are not shared with other clients.

We restrict document access to assigned analysts, use encrypted transport for email where supported, and remove inactive project files according to our retention schedule.
9. Children
Our services are directed at business clients. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
