What to Include in Thursday Site Log Handoffs
Late Thursday handoffs are the main reason we miss Friday 17:00 delivery. After working with dozens of Gyeonggi-do sites, these are the fields that actually matter for chart accuracy.
Manpower by trade
Headcount per trade for the reporting week, not cumulative headcount since project start. Include subcontractor firm names when more than one crew works the same trade.
Installed quantities with units
Square metres of formwork struck, linear metres of pipe run, number of panels hung. Vague phrases like "continued work" cannot be plotted.
Approved schedule revisions
If the baseline moved, attach the revision memo. We will not guess which delay days are owner-approved.
Payment requests received that week
Even when cost tracking is a separate package, payment timing explains cash curves. Send invoice totals with trade codes matching your contract breakdown.
Photos for ambiguous weeks
When progress is hidden (below-grade work, ceiling plenum), one wide photo per level prevents us from inferring percentages from invoice patterns alone.
Send bundles by Thursday 12:00 KST to the analyst email assigned at onboarding. Incomplete logs trigger a confirmation call rather than a guessed chart.
